Conn's Home Plus Conn's is the appropriate name for this deceptive company. I purchased many thousands of product from this company before discovering their very deceptive practice of not informing me, their customer of a 14 day return policy. Phoenix AZ
I purchased many thousands of product from this company before discovering their very deceptive practice of not informing me, their customer of a 14 day return policy. You have to wade through a lot of fine print before you realize it or return something after their short window of 14 days.
I have never experienced this short of return policy especially one that is do hidden. I will make all my future purchase from Walmart or Best Buy where it is customary to return anything within 30 days. Watch out for their sales tactics as well as they will up sell you to items you do not need Upsold to items I did not need.
