I am exhaulsted and very disappointed with the services with Commonwealthe Edison an exelon company. I recently moved November 28, 2020 and terminated services at my previous address (Documentation, account numbers, dates, etc.) will be attached. The first problem came about in the first part of January 2021 when I got a bill from that previous address in the amount of $67 approximately. I called Comed and spoke to a customer representative about this bill and stated that I no longer live there ...why am I still receiving a bill. She stated that the final bill is from October thru November 2020  .

Jasmine also stated that there are 2 different accounts so there are 2 different account numbers. I stated that these 2 accounts have the same number and I have them both saved on my hard drive for evidence to substantiate the negligence and incompetence within this company.  I am aggravated and I feel abused  once again. After explaining the circumstances which are transparent and easy to follow I should not be here typing a letter out of frustration. Someone dropped the ball. These people are trying to hold me liable for their negligence. And beyond that they have the audacity to make 3 verbal mistakes and a technical mistake (account printout) which coincide with the many other errors. 

Look at the attached document and notice that the bills having the same account numbers for 2 different addresses. I scratched my current address out but you can see the zip code. I did not look and I did not question the lady. I thereafter paid $20 towards that bill. Here's the problem. Over the weekend I checked my online comed  account and my bill stated that I owe approximately $67 for the previous address but  that I also owe the exact amount for my current address. Strange huh? Not only that but both accounts have the same account number.  So I called and spoke to a  Comed rep by the name of " Jasmine" and I explained everything to her as far as me not living at that previous address etc. She then stated that there was no record of me terminating service for that address nor was there any call of me relating to a final bill. 

Look at the  errors towards the upper right hand corner. Also notice that both bills have the same amount. Customer service rep Jasmine contested my statement.  Finally, with the many problems we are having in this country no one has time to sit here typing and calling in reference to people who are not doing their job or being held accountable for their actions. Someone needs to be held responsible here. Thank you for reading have a great day.
