In my opinion, the Commercial  Divers International has serious administration problems. They have hired someone who is potentially really dangerous to the school, its students, staff, and others. Perhaps if the school would have done proper pre-hiring screening for the Director of Admission.

Rodney Fitzsimmons would have never been hired. Perhaps the administration supports sexual preditors. Or perhaps, the simple overall judgment of Richard Phillips and Mark Plowman is poor. These are the serious questions in my mind and soul. 

To me Rodney Fitzsimmons comes across as a “polite guy” but his anger management came into question when I told him “NO”… several times. He sought control and became seemingly hostile and revengeful when I suggested that his wife would not appreciate what he did, and that the school would not appreciate the risk he poses. 

After stalking out a few of my most sensitive weak points, he attempted to exploit me and another person too. He showed me his phone which had pictures of his naked (topless) wife. He commented about her nice “guns”, and he’d like to see me abuse them while he ******** me and her!

Just the use of this word ‘guns’ is probably unique to Rodney that anyone who know him who is reading this post knows that he really did describe his wife’s large bosoms as ‘guns’.

During this encounter, and several times after, Mr Fitzsimmons tried to talk me into going to a nudist resort in southern Arizona for a “couple days - and nights - of bliss - on me” with him and his wife. He stated that if I didn’t find his wife a perfect “brownie delight” he could arrange for him and another ‘younger’ woman to go.

He said his wife wouldn’t mind, “She is a freak anyway”.  He seems to do and say almost anything to get his way. I won’t go into the really nasty details, but it gets worse, as if this isn’t bad enough to describe my disgust.

After my experience at Commercial Divers International in Arizona, I would never suggest anyone attending while such a person is working there. Mr. Fitzsimmons is a crep in my opinion and I would not have any of my enrolled students around him alone if I owned a school. 

My bad 2-star rating is for your bad judgement in hiring Rodney Fitzsimmons. Their class environment and instructors seems cold, but to tell you the truth, I could not ever be comfortable or trust anyone after my experiences with Rodney Fitzsimmons.

This is wild. I have knowledge with the same experiences with Rodney Fitzsimmons. I was googling and found this on accident. Looks like you just reported it. Good for you. I wish I had done so years ago. 

My personal view is that he does not need to be around small children or even animals. He showed me his wife's "guns" as well and wanted me to travel with them somewhere special. I was also in this professional learning environment where he was at a level where he should be trusted. People in TRUST positions should know better.

He is at a management level admitting people in a school. Really?!? And I also found out he was spiteful, revengeful and just an overall $%%^&$* when I didn't provide him with what he wanted... which was quite inappropriate. I hope his wife doesnt read these posts.

Of course this entire post is a personal opinion and personal narrative and is not meant to slander or liable anyone, or cause legal damage. Kinda like O.J.: If I Did It narrative. However, slanted, it is not as planted and twisted as his forceful movements on his almost victims. 

I am not sure you can assume the company's products are bad because the staff is in question. For example, maybe none of the students have really drowned learning to commercial dive. You can't necessarily judge the company products and services on the behavior of one person. But you are right, they should be more careful about hiring such people. Rethinking it again, maybe their staff is a part of their capabilities and products and service.

Well, I hope the owners learn a valuable lesson about Rodney.
