Had the worst possible experience buying a Chevy
yesterday. From Coastal Chevrolet
The experience at this dealership is consistent with other one star ratings where there is generally shady, dishonest, lack of good will and lack of customer centric business dealings from sales, to financing.
I used to like Chevy's, but sorry its dealerships like this one that make me never buy a Chevy ever again so sad because I am a 25 year loyal customer, but now going to Ford. Folks this dealership made what they think is some extra margin at the expense of Chevy the brand and retaining customers.
Again, this place is shady and salespeople generally have a lack of knowledge of the cars they are selling.
And if you look at all the past one star reviews, it's clear they don't really care for long term customer relationships, and is a predatory dealer. They low balled me on my trade. They lied about a warranty they tried to sneak in the contract. How could a $5000 warrant only change my payment $12.00 a month for a 3 year finance contract. I walked out there finance office. IT JUST DIDNT FEEL RIGHT. A small Mexican guy chased me to my car telling me he was the owner blah blah blah. All crooked people here.
