CiCi Wigs This is a shady company with NON-existent Customer Service that fails to respond to emails. I unfortunately purchased 3 wigs from this company based on the photos and description for 100 Virgin Human Hair Wigs, full lace & pre-plucked with baby hair.
This is a shady company with NON-existent Customer Service that blatantly hides their contact and fails to respond to emails. I unfortunately purchased 3 "Virgin Human Hair Wigs" from them described as full lace, pre-plucked and with baby hair.
One of them was "New" pictured with frontal braids(which I had to pay much more for), yet all 3 wigs arrived in thin cheap, plastic bags looking like doll hair! NO Braids or beige lace for undetectable look that they show in their advertising video. I made several attempts to reach them so that I could at least get refunded for the more expensive partially braided wig & return one of the 3..
The fact that they never responded, let's me know that they are an unscrupulous RIP OFF company. If you want high quality wigs with responsive customer service along with faster shipping just try LUVME HAIR. I am not affiliated with them in any way however I found them after terrible experience with Cici Wigs & found them to be incredible in every way.
CICI Wigs totally misrepresented the wigs that I paid for and they obviously do NOT stand behind their products since they will not reply to inquiries or concerns.
