I had an odd interaction with him on the bus home and did nothing to him yet he wants to be angry and lash back at anyone does nothing to him. I did not record this interaction to avoid confrontation. And Disclaimer message. Christophe Tully aka Christopher Tully has trouble navigating the streets of 108 st in Forest Hills. Still seems overly paranoid and mentally unstable overly watching people. I observed this behavior then took a picture of him then called police on a suspicious individual only to realize it was him after. Not cool.
