Chimp Basket Never received my Chi Brand Curling Iron from Chimp Basket
I purchased a curling iron from Chimp Basket on February 28th, 2019, and never received it. They withdrew the money from my account and I received my receipt, but I was never sent the item. Was never even contacted about shipping details.
Company took down their site and Facebook page with no way to contact them. I cannot find any way to get a refund. I have tried contacting PayPal about this but have not yet heard back.
