Thomas Gourley the Owner of The Chicken Shack tried to scam my credit card after I had complained of an undercooked meal at his restaurant located at 5180 Blue Diamond Rd Ste 115 in Las Vegas NV. The chicken at his restaurant was severely under cooked (pink in the center) and his workers refused to issue a refund or to remake the order. I then reported the experience to Yelp and other reviewers as Thomas then began to over charge my credit card and use it to purchase restaurant supplies from China. Luckily my credit card company issued an immediate refund as they had previous complaints from his business reported from before.
