I had ordered a cable internet package upon move in to new home. After two weeks I called in to ask a question and the rep says " You have the latino package did you want that?" I said I am not latino and do not watch spanish programming. He said he would take care of that.
He switched me to a package that was 163.00 a mo. I was paying 85.00. He never told me I would be paying more. What a scam. I called five times and was put on hold for at least 30 min each time. The rep would come back and say that they had to get a supervisor to fix it and it was all done. No worries. What a lie.
The last time I called I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me " I am sorry but there is nothing I can do to help you" I asked him " Are you in the US or offshore? Because if you understood Americans this does not fly in terms if customer service.
He said he is not in the US. Figures. So here I am stuck with a fraudulent company who refuses to fix what their rep did. My only alternative is to cancel and go without service since they are the only provider in my complex.

I can concur that I had the same problem and yes the agents are located in the US. I have argued with many supervisors about the constant rise in my bills and they said the same thing "sorry there is nothing I can do for you". I am dumping Spectrum and looking at Youtube Tv for my service.
