CEVA Logistics They are a third party delivery service. Scheduled to deliver my dining room table, never showed. Phoenix Arizona
Third party delivery service. Had no say in them receiving my table to deliver to me. They scheduled an appt to deliver it, never showed. I took time off work to be there as they requested someone must be home. Called several people, they were rude saying we "were lucky if they could unload my table off their truck by the end of week." Spoke to a manager who promised a call back, to have the table unloaded and sent to the next town closest to mine to be delivered. That never happened. Spoke to another gentlemen who seemed genuine, gave us contact info and said he would be in touch same day. Never was. Now not answering his calls, left several messages. Unknown where my purchase is, when it's going to be delivered and left without a table since we gave ours away and they were "supposed" to deliver earlier in the week. Family coming in and nowhere to seat them for a dinner we are hosting. Very disgusted with their lack of ethics and morals
