central fiscal services made my credit report go down los angeles ca.
I'm getting billed $997.00 for a magazine subscription i never got, wanted, or received. They have already tried to do this with other companies. I think they are all in cohoots with each other. I don't see how credititors can take something like this at face value. they lie and try to get you to comit on some you have no ideal of. these people should be locked up.
