Catch Solution LLC Kyle Burt & Kyle Witham With Kyles $8500 Stolen by Catch Cloud (Kyle Burt & Kyle Witham) Plano Texas
Kyle Burt and Kyle Witham were introduced by a common friend and they seemed two young guys who seem to have a niche in technology and digital marketing. In actuality, these guys turned out to be con artists who rip off people. After our first casual meeting, these guys called me to set a formal meeting to go our marketing and website needs. I met these guys and left the conversation saying we will talk more.
Then these guys kept pursuing by calling, texting emailing and wouldn't stop. In Sep 2018, I was in the middle of a large project and said that I had no time for this now, they kept pursuing and to get them off my back, I signed a contract and even paid the whole amount of $8500 upfront as they seem to be legit which is the mistake I have done.
Once I am done with the project, I contacted them in Oct 2018 and asked that we get started and they said, they installed a WordPress template and they simply asked me to build it myself. When I said that I don't know how and not interested in learning. Then realized they have no idea or a process to collect information. Long story short we are in April 2019 and no website.
The 2 guys had fall part and one of them says that the other guy is a drug addict and that's why he was forcing me to sign the contract. I am going to start legal proceedings against them now as Kyle Burt said he wants to keep the money in spite of not delivering anything
