Calinaturalsnow.com Fraudulent charges to credit card after you order small sample. Charge credit card for products not ordered or reveived Tampa Florida
Ordered and paid for small 1oz bottle of CBD oil. 10 days later I received a "Fraud Alert" email from my credit card company advising me of a$89.87 charge on credit card. Called credit card co and varified I did not authorize charge and it was removed. I called Calinaturalsnow and they said I was enrolled in their "Automatic Product Renewel Shipment Program", I never agreed to any such thing. They said they would cancel my order. Following month another $89.87 charge appeared on credit card statement.
Called co again and was told my order was canceled. But I cannot get the co to reverse charges to credit card. Called Tampa Better Business Brueau and was advised the Company has 38 unresolved complaints identical to mine. BBB also states that Company will not respond to BBB inquiries or main any attempt to resolve problems..
