Get pictures, sizes, materials, quotes with company logo, address, and phone number. I sent requests to 3 different websites for quotes after visiting a local showroom. I made the mistake of not vetting the company. I did check here at Ripoff Report before I ordered.
I was perfectly clear in my request that I wanted white cabinets. Their website does not clearly show that what you get with painted cabinets is a woodgrain in multiple shades. I'm not done opening boxes yet but right now with 3 boxes of 18 opened, I have 5 different shades of woodgrain. Pictures paint a thousand words so I'll keep this short. Out of the 4 separate cabinet showroom quotes, I ruled one out for their clear representation of tutone.
Cabinet Sales Center gets very nasty if you complain after the sale. Read the fine print. They give you 72hrs after receipt to open every box see if there are any issues. Unless you're a contractor, i doubt anyone could open everything up (18 cabinets) and compare all the problems you'll run into with your order from www.cabinetsalescenter.com. They also operate under www.buildingsalescenter.com. They are not a showroom by the way. They are just a paper pusher.
