BRILLIANCE, LLC It has been a year and a half I have returned the ring and still no refund!! Boynton FL
Do not order from here, I ordered a ring it did not show up in time, i sent it back. The company sent me an email stating that i would get a full refund. I received nothing!! They sent me another ring trying to make up for it I got it in the mail "Wrong One" so i sent it back and again i was told i would receive a full refund and nothing.
They sent me a letter of agreement even saying that once the return was accepted they would issue a partial refund within 10 days the the rest in 30 days. Till this day he will not answer my calls, emails or text Jonathon Ohayon is supposed to be the CEO and the main person delt with this whole time, but now he dont even pick up the phone over 2700 gone and I have to hire a laywer to get it back.
In April of 2020 it will 2 years that this has been going on.
