I am writing to bring your attention to a company that I feel is operating in a deceptive and unprofessional manner. I am reaching out because in over a month I have not received the product I ordered or received a refund, and I have clearly documented my attempts to resolve this issue one way or another.
Briefly, I have outlined my experience, I am happy to share more details if needed:
- I ordered (Order #: FD6352FBD9) 20 Bright Right lists on April 26 for a total of $177.95
- I responded to an ad on Facebook
- I was immediately charged and sent a receipt, my transaction was made via my PayPal account
- On April 29 I received notification that my order was about to ship with a link to follow tracking, this has not changed or been updated since.
- On May 7 I started inquiring when I would be receiving my order, I emailed their support six times leading up to a phone call on May 26. During these email exchanges, I would always request canceling, refunding, or returning the product if/when I received it. I was always told it's on the way, they couldn't stop deliver or process a refund, that I could return it when received.
- On May 26 I spoke with "Nelson" who confirmed my order had been lost and he would process my full refund immediately in 2 days.
- Since the refund had not been received in 2 days, I have reached out 2 more times, the company has stated it takes 3-5 days. We are now on day 6 with no refund.
This experience has lasted over a month, and I don't have the product or a refund. I would like to devote all my energy at this point to receive a full refund with your help, and helping levy the full force against this companies operation in the hopes that others will not be placed in a similar situation.
