Bridge crest is the financial branch of Carvana. When I tried to make my first payment, they refused to allow me to make a payment VIA my credit card and tried to force me into auto pay. I refused. They also tried to get me to pay VIA a debit card. I do not own a debit card. Then they wanted me to drive 34 miles to the nearest Walmart and make my payment there. I refused. I mailed them a check on 27 November (the day that I contacted Carvana trying to make my first payment and they transferred me to Bridge crest). Bridge crest harassed me everyday frm 28 November through 9 December asking where the payment was after I told them that I had mailed it on 27 November 23). I found out today that Bridge crest actually cashed and posted my payment on 7 December 23. They called me on 8 December and 3 times on 9 December AFTER they had cashed and posted my payment on 7 December. I requested a monthly financial statement from Bridge crest and they REFUSE to give me a monthly financial statement. I was told the only way that I could get a financial statement was to telephone Bridge crest each month (you are on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and then you are transferred to 2 or 3 different people and each time you must give all of your personal information). It takes between 1 hour to an hour and a half to request this. I am not wasting 1 and 1/2 hour each month to get a financial statement that Bridge crest should be providing. Bridge crest told me that they would try and ruin my excellent credit (credit score 820). If they try and mess up my credit I will sue them in a court of law. I would never recommend Bridge crest or Carvana to anyone. I am 73 years old, US Marine, RETIRED US Army and I have a flip phone that I can only make calls on and I am limited as to what I can do on a computer. Bridge crest is a TERRIBLE COMPANY and they do NOT care for their customers.

A credit card is not a form of legal tender. It makes no sense to pay for one loan with another loan, which is what you would be doing by making your car payment with a credit card. I have never seen a financial firm that accepted loan payments with a credit card, except maybe as a very expensive emergency option (usually a convenience fee of over 10%). And if you wanted to mail in a check, the time to do that was several weeks before the payment was due. I would suggest getting with the program and figuring out how to use computers. If you can post this complaint, you can sign up for an online account and view your statements there. I am also not sure what problem you have with auto pay, you can generally set that up to debit any amount you want, including paying extra, and paying manually via bank transfer. And yes, more and more companies are getting rid of paper statements. It's a security risk, it's expensive to mail, and nobody wants them except old Luddites.

If someone PAYS THERE BILLS on time, then they have bank financing. They were the lender YOU WERE PLACED WITH because of your credit history. They are a subprime deadbea tender. So then, have good credit and you qualify for bank financing with low APR. By the way, being a veteran has NOTHING to do with this.
