Breck's Flowers I ordered 2 Peony plants that were not in good shape and they have refused to replace them or return my money. Guilford Indiana
I purchase 2 peony plants from Brecks with a lifetime warranty. The plants were not healthy when they arrived . They are dead plants that they have refused to either replace or give me back my money. I talked to their customer service person who said they didn't have these plants in stock...I called back to another customer service person that said they DID have these plants in stock but he said I had never paid for this order. With that I looked up the paid check at my bank for $29.94 and paid on 11/21/2018. I am sick and tired of their lies.
Beware to anyone that buys from these fraudulent crooks.
