They continued to bill me after payment-in-full was posted on my credit card account, and sent several threatening letters afterward regarding my credit rating and alleged non-payment. (All of these were obviously automatically generated form letters.)
No telephone or email contact information was provided by them to allow my disputing any of their claims. (All of this was done through written USPS letters. There was no SPECIFIC response to any of my written complaints.)
I suggest to others that the company's phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs can be obtained through online searches. I strongly recommend that any business with them be conducted entirely ONLINE to avoid latency in communications and payment acknowledgements. (Always keep a written record of any communications on your computer.)
