They need to have laws in place to stop this kind of 3rd world service. They have unlicensed people that pretend to be traders taking your call. If and when you do reach a trader and ask them BASIC INFORMATION. " Hi there  I am just calling to confirm my trade I bought X@$3 for 5000 shares and I am holding this stock previously can you please tell me what my average purchase cost it please?

The call goes onto hold as this person that can barely speak english probably has to borrow a calculator or take his shoe off not sure which.... mintues later the 'Your cost sir is "X" 

Call back 5 mintues later if you can get through as they actually have the audacity as well to say..

"We are experiencing longer than average wait time if you would like to speak to a trader your call will be answered withing in 120m!!?? WTH!!?? Thats TWO F----G hours!!!

Imagine you trying to trade in a market that changes in seconds and the CLOWNS to be most polite have the AUDACITY TO TELL YOU TO WAIT 2HOURS to talk to somone!!?? And even in you were dumb enough to wait you might not even get a properly licended person answering the phone.

The entire operation is laden with just brutal negligence and complete customer abuse. Here they are your life savings and NO ONE CAN GET ON THE F---- phone and answer your call. In fact these D-bags are so cheap they can't even apply basic softward to their telephony to have you leave your name and number with an autocall back into the cue with a pallatable hold time of 5-15 minutes at best!!

Then go onto their platform and their self serve software looks like a dogs breakfast or what I would recognise as a windows 98 platform where you'd have to call Lahore for tech support.

Seem par for the course here. We complained about this years ago and got the canned lingo

"thank you for your feedback we will share it with.........blah blah" 5 years later same sh-t different day less people even answering the phone.

You dont have to believe this post, just GOOGLE "BMO INVESTORLINE SUCKS OR TERRIBLE" and the hundreds of - reviews on everything from Trust pilot to Trip advisor you name it speak volumes by  themselves. This is just complimentary. In fact these people are so negligent in their COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE CANADIANS SHOULD BE PROTECTED FROM THIS. I  could go on and name 7 other incidents but at the end of the day, these people are RUDE ABRAISIVE and bottom line... NO ONE THERE GIVES A RATS BEHIND about your experience to be MOST POLITE! The best part of posting on this platform is it will Co$T them $$$$$$$$$$$$ to remove it. And when they do we will post this 100x again until these CLOWNS LEARN HOW TO ANSWER THEIR d**n PHONE LET ALONE HOW TO SERVE A CUSTOMER!  The real way to describel these people would be with F-bombs. Enough said!

Stay clear. STAY VERY VERY CLEAR. ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL BEYOND WORDS!
