Blendjet Recalled their Blender but refuse to replace the product , despite their representations to replace
Blendjet recalled. Company required photo to confirm the consumer cut a gasket making the blender unusable in order to get a replacement. Complied with all requirements 3 months ago, but company will not replace. Also will not reply to questions on their website support. When call by phone on hold 20 minutes then recording says they have no one to speak to you and call is terminated.
