BHK Quest (Mahaveer Singh) BHK Quest Cheated My Money By False Commitment new delhi Delhi
I approched Mahaveer Singh, the owner of the BHK Quest to buy a flat. He showed me a flat and I liked it. I paid the token amount of 1 Lakh to book the flat.
But few days after taking the token amount both the flat owner and the agent (Mahveer) begin to convince me to take the other flat in the same building. I refused becuse this flat was not in good condition. Both the flat owner and the agent (mahveer) promised that they will renovate the home.
Relying on their words, I paid the entire amount 22 Lakh and took the possession. Since then I have been requesting them to please repair the house, they make excuses every time I ask them for renovation.
I have honestly paid the entire amount before taking the possession, I have paid the commission and expenses of the documentation myself. But still these people have cheated me.
