Beltone Hearing Aids Did not replace lost hearing aid as promised Douglasville Georgia
I purchased hearing aids around the end of the year, 2019 because I was told after examination that I had a heaaring deficit in both ears...the left being the worst.
Prior to May of 2020 I lost the left hearing aid, and, went to Beltone to get information on replacement. I was told by the gentleman that I had been working with, that, since The Lighthouse was the one who paid the majority of the bill I would have to go through them for a replacement, which would cost about $50.00.
I contacted The Lighthouse, was told to pay $78.00 for a replacement, which I did on May 15,2020. I have called a spoken to several people at Beltone since May and have been told by each that "they would check into the situation and get back to me, and no one has!
It is now January 23, 2021 and I have yet to recieve any info on when I can get the replacement hearing aid that I paid for...in the worse of my two ears....what to do??
