This purpose of this posting is to forewarn companies considering entering into business relations with Bella Bear Company and/or Julie L. Lamarre of the credit risks involved.

As outlined in the Complaint pending in the 17th Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Bella Bear Company and Julie L. Lamarre:

1/ On or about December 18, 2007 entered into Agreement with Publicity Guaranteed, a PR agency which specializes in delivering guaranteed publicity on no-retainer, pay-for-results-only basis.

2/ Following the request of Bella Bear Company and Julie L. Lamarre and relying on their promise to pay for the publicity delivered, Publicity Guaranteed generated at its own cost extensive media coverage for Bella Bear Company and Julie L. Lamarre. The publicity included articles and reports in The News & Observer, KRCN-AM "Business for Breakfast", New York Observer, ABC, Elle magazine, ILIFE-TV interview, Daily Herald, Grand Rapids Family, Stitches Magazine, San Diego Downtown News, Star-Ledger, Fashion Manuscript, La Jolla Village News, Beach & Bay Press, The Peninsula Beacon.

3/ According to the rates specified in the Agreement, Bella Bear Company and Julie L. Lamarre had to pay Publicity Guaranteed a fee of about $13,000.

4/ The credit card which Julie L. Lamarre provided at the time of signing of the contract proved to have insufficient credit. Bella Bear Company and Julie L. Lamarre refused to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Advised on the intent of Publicity Guaranteed to resort to collection, Julie L. Lamarre threatened to launch a smear campaign against Publicity Guaranteed and its managers, Alex Konanykhin and Nat Kurok. Julie L. Lamarre then acted on her threat and started a defamation campaign hiding beyond false ID and stating false allegations.

We believe that Julie L. Lamarre attempted to commit theft of services and advise other service providers to exercise caution when dealing with her or her company, Bella Bear Co.

Original Complaint filed By Bella Bear Co regarding PGI and detailed information from 2008

#2

Thu, September 10, 2009

We originally filed a complaint AGAINST Publicity Guaranteed in 2008, our contract was signed and mis-represented by PGI which is a standard practice of theirs - please see our original complaint.

http://ripoffreport.com/Multi-Level-Marketing/Publicity-Guaranteed/publicity-guaranteed-sales-re-cza58.htm

Aside from the misrepresentation of PGI and its associates, they can now add defamation of character and libel to the lawsuits that will be filed against them.

Any additional victims of Publicity Guaranteed, Inc are encouraged to contact me at heirloombears [at] sbcglobal.net

As the complaints against PGI grow, the stronger our case becomes.

The allegations made in this statement are blatantly false and created with the intent to harm businesses [not just mine, but ALL THE OTHER VICTIMS, too]

I look forward to hearing the horror stories from all of the other victims of the PGI scam.

I hope that together we can prevent more misfortune from happening...
