Belfield Lending Scammed me through MoneyGram Washington Seattle
Belfield Lending They called and emailed me stating they had a loan approval for 5000 dollars at 10% APR, my credit is fair so this was a good apr. he then stated that they work with lenders from Canada, scotiabank to be exact. And said due to my credit history they would require the loan to be secured in the form of a security depot the first three months pmt. The payment needed to be sent to the lender but due to laws enforced by president trump we could not do an international money transfer and I would have to send a money order or MoneyGram. I should have known better but I sent 598 dollars to some David Boyd in Quebec Canada. When it was picked up I called up this so called lender again and he said they are working on the final pieces of the loan and I should hear back from him soon. He called back twenty minutes later and said my account was flagged and reviewed and my credit score had dropped since the approval due to lenders pulling my report, which was not the case at all. He then said they would require another three months collateral, at this point I knew I was scammed for sure. I told him I want my money back, haven’t heard from him. But they also have all of my bank info and personal info on the loan application. I am so worried about identity theft at this point.

Hi! This just happened to me with Fairway financial out of CA. Was told the EXACT SAME THING! I sent the money, same story about my credit report!! What the heck!! Then this Banfield Place called me today. I did report to the BBB but I highly doubt anything will happen. Fairway Finamcial said I would get a refund in 30 days, it’s been 40 days and they don’t call back or respond to emails. I hate people! Such assholes doing this to people !!! I will stay away from Banfield! I would love to go song with it, and some how scam the F out of them!! Lol
