I never thought to report this individual, but then I saw reports from other victims and realised that the more people who speak out againt Mr.Schultz, the greater the impact.
Mr. Shultz found me on Facebook, when I was brand new to L.A. Which seems to be a pattern. I agreed to meet for coffee and hear what he had to say, he offered me 'advice' and told me that he wanted to manage my career. Now, at this point I had already been in the buisness for several years on the east coast, I quickly saw through his facade. I politely told him I didn't need a manager.
He ignored what I had to say at the end of the meeting and started sending me emails with auditions. I replied that it was unnecessary for him to do so, seeing how I already had resputable representation and was already being sent out to auditions via my agencies. He kept acting like a 'manager', even though we had no such relationship. I was an annoyance, but I continued to let it go because he wasn't doing any actual harm. That was until....
It reached a boiling point.
When on my Facebook, he noticed that I had booked a commercial. He called me and demanded a percentage of my earnings. I thought it was a joke, but after 20 minutes of him screaming, berating me, and threatening me exactly how the other victims described. That he would ruin my relationship with my agencies, that he would "destroy my career"... I realised that this man was a dangerous scam artist.
I reminded him that he wasn't my manager and I owed him nothing. He argued that he was. I reminded him that we had no contract, he replied that our coffee meeting, and his emails meant that he was indeed my manager. He continued to threaten me with legal action, this went on for weeks. Meanwhile, I had already reached out to my family's attorney, thannkfully they agreed to handle it from there on out and I stopped hearing from Mr.Schultz.
He goes after women he hopes are naive enough to fall for his scheme, he then uses fear mongering and threats. I wish I had spoken out sooner, I can't imagine how many young ladies have been scammed out of their earnings.

I am reading all of this now and this is all flat out lies,. I cannot add a client to Breakdown Services; a client has to add a rep themselves. Because of this, I could not have gotten this person any auditions because she didn't add me to her Actors Access account, so I couldn't submit her for any projects. Therefore, what she is saying could not possibly be true.
Also, as all my clients will attest, I do not take money from commercials, unless I either got the commercial myself or got the client a commercial agent. I focus on TV and film exclusively.
I never received any paperwork from any attorney.
If I take a meeting with an actor and they don't want to work with me, I say "Thank you for your time" and move on. I don't have time to do anything but.
Over the last few years, I have had a woman who had fired me once she got a big movie go on these sites and create different accounts and spout all of these terrible lies about me, trying to dissuade potential clients from working with me. But this particular post is the absolute worst. None of this is true. I can't submit clients to Breakdown Services and get them auditions unless they add me. So if I wasn't this woman's manager, she didn't add me to her account so I couldn't have gotten her auditions. None of what this woman is claiming makes sense.
Again, this woman has been trying to ruin my career and the careers of my clients for years, creating different accounts. I currently have almost 80 clients and many are booking. If you are a potential client and you have a question about this post, please talk to me about it. Thank you.
