Via Beauty I received a package with Via Beauty Eye serum that I had not ordered. I cannot use this product because there is something in it that makes my eyes burn. What is my recourse? Sent me a product I did not order. I tried it as a sample the first time and it burns my eyes. Phoenix Arizona
Listen you are asking the same things over again. I tried Via Beauty eye serum and it burned my eyes. I received another order today that I did not order. How can I send it back and have my bank account credited for what they charged for an unordered product.
