After dealing with BBB for over 6 years now and being on both ends of consumer and merchant, here are the FACTS that they have proved they stand for:

BBB treats companies that are BBB members COMPLETELY differently than companies who are not BBB members. They are extremely unfair to companies who do not pay the yearly BBB fee and yet let companies who are BBB members get away with so much. A clear example is that when a customer complains about my company to BBB (My company is not a BBB member, because I refuse to pay these scam artists for a non-sense and unfair rating), BBB comes all "full force" and even though my company presents them with solid proof and why the customer is simply wrong and unfair, BBB simply brings down the rating for my company right away. They send a "general e-mail" and when you provide all the details and proof, they still come back and say that it was not satisfactory and that they will let "the public know".

Now, let's see how differently they treated a BBB member when I complained about the company. Since the company I complained about was a BBB member, they simply responded back to me and said that the company can't do anything anymore. I still have their e-mails and guess what? The not so wise BBB rep actually made a mistake and forwarded her "original e-mails to the BBB member" and guess what? This BBB rep was actually including SMILY FACES and being so nice to the company I had complained about ALL BECAUSE THEY WERE A BBB MEMBER. That's when I realized that BBB is one of the most dishonest businesses out there.

Have you noticed how they don't include ratings for BBB members? That's because if they rate the BBB members according to how they rate the non-BBB members, they will all get F's!

Here's another proof that BBB is a complete scam. The first time a customer complained about my company, BBB called me right away so I thought they were trying to resolve the matter, right? WRONG! THEY WANTED ME TO BECOME A MEMBER AND THEY WERE SIDING WITH ME! The woman said "Oh, I knowwwww! These people make up alllll kinds of stories! We've seen it all. We know how they are"! So I was thinking, wait a minute! I thought BBB was there to protect the consumers and I was thinking this lady does not even know the details about my case, yet she kept trying to promote the "benefits" of being a BBB member and why I should sign up! What a total scam!

BBB should be ashamed of themselves for treating non-BBB merchants so unfairly - all in an effort to have them sign up with them! I personally do not care anymore what rating they give to my company and I know realize why many reputable businesses have D's and F's on BBB. It's because they're smart enough to not give their money to these nazis! BBB is a complete n**i! That's exactly what they are. If you don't' give them your money, they will push you around. Their unfair practices will catch up with them sooner or later. They're not wise to see that.

If anyone wants to file a civil lawsuit against BBB, let me know, because I have proof (emails) how they treated the BBB member a million times better than they ever treated my company and how unfair they've been towards our company.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
