Avani North Apartments MEB Management. Nottinghill Apartments Conservice Utility Management Utility fees unethical, Unethical Business practices Tucson AZ
when you sign a lease agreement they tell you that yor utilities will be about 120.00 no more then 122.00 per month what they dont tell you they have contracted with a company known as Conservice (CON) well when the apartment receives their whole bill then CON comes up with what each apartment is billed. not ever based on usage. they charge every tenant for pest control even though they only come out when someone needs them.they charge you for grounds fee but lookslike crap.
so many homeless and drug addicts around complex,they have security but does nothing, parking lot gate is broken more then it works. The joke of a maintenence staff lies about work completed, They hired a few good ones in the past(White) but all got fired and now is Mexican .
Never do business with these people
