This manager took (steals) money for himself that is suppose to be given back to guests.
He does not own the places he rents out but swindles money without the owner's knowledge.
Avalon is renting out units that are rundown. There are also no proper COVID-19 cleaning protocals between guests even though you can be walking into a suite that just used by someone in quanratine.
Go to the police to local police to report this criminal rental scammer if you have been a victim.
