ORDERED HEARING AIDS FROM AUDIX HEARING FROM AN ADD ON FACEBOOK,  PROMISES OF MERCHANDISE BUT NEVER RECEIVED.

This weekend, Audix Hearing went viral on Facebook, and sold over 2,000 units in just a few days.  People all over the world are going crazy for our new Audix Hearing aids because they're at a price that nobody has ever seen before.  The reviews are pouring in and the EV3 is looking like one of the highest rated rechargeable devices on the market, so you should be super excited to be getting your pair. Anyway, we wanted to let you know ahead of time that your shipment will be delayed and should arrive in about 1-2 weeks. Trust us though, it'll be worth the wait ;-) We are extremely grateful to have you as a Audix Hearing customer and we are sure you're going to LOVE your new hearing aids. Thank you for your patience and thank you for being a part of the Audix Hearing family!

Hello, I want to apologize for the late response. Rather than making up stories like companies all around the world are doing right now, I would like to share with you the complete truth about what is happening.  Due to the corona virus, all of our manufacturing factories and supply chain have been massively impacted. We order parts from around the world and all production had come to a screeching halt.  We are blessed to be a family owned business with a very strong company culture, but this scenario has nearly bankrupt our business because customers have started to cancel and file disputes with their banks. 

I promise you, we have already paid our factories to produce 8,500 pairs of hearing aids and will be sending out EVERYONE'S hearing aids. You absolutely will get your product, it just will take longer.  We are expecting to receive 4,000 pairs around April 15th, then another 2,000 pairs around May 1st.  We will ship them out in the order of when they were purchased by customers.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for understanding, kindness, and compassion during these testing times.  I pray you feel how genuine this message is and that we promise to stand by all our customers and get them their products.  If you could find it in your heart, we would be so grateful if you give us a positive review If Facebook asks you about your experience with our company. That feedback can determine if Facebook shuts down our entire business. We will 100% get every single person their hearing aids and are going as fast as humanely possible.  With gratitude and humility,
