Aptive Enviromental Cancel Service., And took money from my checking account. Bridgeville Pennsylvania
After my Service in 4-3-2019 I told them to cancel our service with them and paid for that last service and sent them a letter on the receipt they left. On 8-6-2019 They called wanting to know why both my wife and I told them we didn't feel their service was worth the $101.65 they charged. The next day their service man showed up and I stopped them from doing the service and he lefy. The next day when we were not home he came back and said he did the service and left the invoice. I called again and left another message that our service was cancel. On 8-12-2019 I was check our checkng account and they took another $101.65 from our account.
I have called four times now and talked with their customer service and told them what happened. Each time they said they were sorry and that shouldn't have happened and a manager would call me back. As of 8-16-2019 No one has called. I tired to call again this morning and No one will pick up their phone. They had to get the message we cancelled the service because someone called and asked why!!!
