I have a pool with spa that was heated by a solar which are functioning properly. The pool bottom cleaner was stuck and stopped moving so I asked the company to fix it. The gave me an estimate for $100.00 which I agreed.
They change the direction of the spa valve and was able to get the cleaner functioning and paid the $100.00. However I noticed that the spa is not getting heat from the solar, water is not filling the spa properly as before and is not working with the pool timer. I reported this to the company and they promised to come back and have it fixed.
They schedule to come, 2 times which they did not show up. On the 3rd time the owner sent his brother who does not know anything about pool. The owner, Andres through his brother's phone started yelling and cursing at me. The brother left without solving the problem that they caused.
