I recently purchased a clothing item from this site. I followed the sizing guidelines on their site and ordered a size that was supposed to fit. When I finally received it and tried it on it was much too small.  I reached out to the company to let them know it did not fit and I'd like to return the item. They asked me to send them a picture of the QR Code on the packaging and I did.  They replied telling me that the size they shipped was the correct size. I explained that I followed their sizing chart and unfortunately it did not fit and I just wanted to return the item. They replied telling me that the shipping fee to return it may be too expensive for me and to give it to someone who it might fit. Multiple email went back-and-forth.They offered me a $5 refund then $7 then $8.50. But every time I ask for an address to ship the item back to they ignored that question. I took a screen shot of the return/refund policy on their site and sent it to them as I was well within their guidelines. They refused to provide me with a return address and told me that they have done all they can do. I posted a negative review on their site and checked a few days later and it had been removed. So I posted a new review today. I'm just looking to be refunded what I paid, no more. Ihate the fact that sites like these take advantage of people.
