I had Safelink Wireless, 5 signal bars, unlimited everything including Electronic Broadband Benefits. I couldn't see the phone screen outside.

I decided to ask a rep for American Assistance if I could change phones. The screen was brighter, everything else was bad. He never said the company name. I figured since the phone was freshly activated I would get the better signal in a few days. I only have 0-2 bars of signal everywhere and both companies go through t-mobile towers. He never said you only get 6gb of data when I got the phone.

He kept telling me put the chip in a Samsung phone even though I watched him unwrap the brand new rokit 3d phone. I can't make or recieve calls. They drop like hot potatoes. The wifi is so crummy in this phone is goes as fast as 1980's dialup speeds. The keyboard is so mismapped on the phone I have to correct every single word I write 3 times to get the correct word. The phone did a software update and actually got worse.

I called the company on July 11, 2021. I have no satisfaction from that. I have to deal with this company for about 26 more days until I can switch again. I can't even login online to see my account because they don't do that. These people are all heavily accented people when you call. They are hard to understand and it is made worse by the phone itself.
