I placed an order on august 4th. Everytime I didn't receive it the website said it was delayed. When I could finally get through to customer service I was only given the option of a refund. They are keeping money for items that they do not ever intend to ship. Watch your orders closely - they cannot be trusted.

Amazon makes it very easy to cancel a lost order. You just push the "cancel" button and it will refund you immediately. And yes usually when something is "delayed", it is actually lost, so you might as well cancel and reorder. I also don't understand what your complaint is about. If customer service gave you a refund, what else do you want?
