Amazon robots do not know how to read labels and just grab whatever's on the shelf and if the robots don't place the correct merchandise on the shelves; the robot picks up the wrong item and ships it to you. Every time I order something on Amazon,  it is the wrong item, because Amazon doesn't want to pay humans to read labels and pick the correct merchandise before they ship it and they have a robot that they do not have to pay an hourly charge; they also ship all of their merchandise through the United States Postal Service and with all the illegal immigrants that will hired by the Democrats in office, Nobody knows how to read English and they just deliver all the merchandise to the wrong addresses.  It has gotten to the point where I will not shop Amazon. I will shop at walmart.com for now one at least you can shop and receive your order in 1-2 days not 3- weeks like Amazon and at Walmart you are able to shop in the store and know you're going to get the right merchandise; (because Amazon) does not know how to ship the right merchandise and they do not know how to deliver your goods like you receive via FedEx or UPS Amazon ships Via: The United States Postal Service which cannot read Address labels (it's more of a headache to even buy through Amazon)  I spent $7,000 in the past 3 months at Amazon and Now Amazon Lost my business (for now on) Walmart has gained my business....You call Amazon and they treat you like a Criminal and nothing ever gets resolved. Nothing like speaking to someone from India....

You claim that the US Postal Service always delivers to the wrong address, so how do you know Amazon always ships the incorrect item?

 

We have ordered a few hundred items from Amazon and have never once received the incorrect item.

 

Perhaps your complaint is fabricated.
