I am still locked out of my Amazon Prime after over five weeks! I have been given access for about an hour 3 or 4 times. Then just like magic, it locks again. I can't verify my account, because they have deleted orders. They canceled my kid's birthday presents.

They have deleted the orders that I have received. The security questions ask what were the last three orders that I received. When I provide the answers they tell me that I am wrong. Hmm, I have the orders at my house and they are no longer in my order list.

  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I got in for an hour. Amazon said that they had resolved the problem. They fixed it for an hour and then locked the account again.   I have asked for an escalation, but they claim that they can't escalate the situation. Be very wary of Amazon!  

Do you store your photos at Amazon? You can't retrieve them if you are locked out.   Do you order gifts from there? If they choose to lock you out, your gifts just won't arrive as promised.   If you want to return an item, they strip the record of the order.  

Did I pay to watch Amazon Prime movies? Yep, that and all of the other services.   I already created a new email account, because they insisted that it would fix the problem. Fail. Now, they think I should start a new one this week.  

Amazon has wasted about 40 hours of my life. Amazon is no longer a good deal. Amazon failed with customer service and providing the services that I paid for.
