Allen Eden Guitars Sold Defective Guitar El Monte CA
Sold me an accoustic guitar that was totally unplayable upon receipt. Strings were flat against fretboard and unable to adjust truss rod to raise. When I called and complained, I was told that I would have to pay shipping to return guitar. After arguing, told me that he would issue full refund and for me to keep guitar. Not worth it to ship back (shipping costs etc.).
Never received refund, and same guy told me the next day that he needed the guitar back and wanted me to pay for the shipping back! This is the absolute worst company to deal with , and are vey unethical. Will never do business with them again. They have not refunded my money.
