Utterly disappointed. Last year I booked a vacation through All Inclusive Outlet to Jamaica WITH cancellation insurance. They also go by the name: 

Caribbean Tours & Cruises, LLC

We were supposed to leave in Early April. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel, and contact All Inclusive Outlet in March. They would NOT take our request until two weeks before the trip. We reached out 2 weeks before the trip and they refused to give us our money back before 90 days. What a scam. It looks like we won't get anything back. It is now May 14.

I paid them over $4,000 in January, so they have had our money for four months. We have not heard anything about our refund. Good business people do not do people like this. Better to spend a few more dollars and walk on people like this. Our complaining has just begun.

We have not received any communications about our refund. No calls. No email. No mail. Nothing. 

This company is a rip off.
