I purchased Alignerco teeth straightening and received an impression kit. I did the impressions and followed the instructions thoroughly, the top impression got stuck and I panicked but was able to get it off.. I sent it back and they sent me aligners that did not fit at all.
I went through troubleshooting with their email tram and tried everything they recommended but the aligners we simply too small to fit my teeth. I was told they would send a new kit and I could do the impressions again and send them back so they could fix the faulty aligners.
I tried the new impression kit and again the aligner got stuck but this time when I finally got it off my teeth I was bleeding in multiple places on my gums and one of my teeth even feels loose. I was in pain for 3 days after trying this. I am terrified to have this impression again.
Email support is no help. I was told to go get an STL scan which they would refund $50 for my convenience, these scans cost $200 or more. I do not want to lose my teeth or be hurt again by this company. I asked for a refund and they have flat out refused.
James Myles is the most crude, uncaring, and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
