Hello everyone An $5 order that never came to my country, opened a dispute since 2 months, they closed it today with zero refund, they said that its been reach to my local post office while in the tracking shows no update since 28th of March, they totally becoming a fraud company.

Talked many many times to customer service, sent emails, chats, they refused to refund me. Chinese became no honest anymore, just because they are in China they think no one can punch them or judge them. They are stealing international buyers very clearly, shame on them.

You say that Alibaba said that the item you ordered had been delivered to the local post office. I notice you wrote that in mid 2020. Well I bought an item from Alibaba a couple of months after you and it was never delivered. I received an impossible time line of delivery so they obviously are drawing up these unrealistic timelines for their customers, and then sent me a message to say the item had been delivered.

When I argued that I'd never received it they said it was probably stolen by my neighbours or delivered to the Post Office. No matter what I said, they were determined to blow me off. So I'd definitely say it is Alibaba's policy to take the money and run. In fact I wonder if anyone ever gets what they order from Alibaba.
