Airbnb.com Airbnb Christian Taylor (the scammer) Sanchari (the case manager who illegally withdrew over $900 from my account without any warning, reason or consent) Neeraj (the case manager who lied and said he would call me back, then screened my calls and stopped responding) Corena (the case manager who claimed a moderate cancelation policy means a customer can get over 75% refunded after staying for more than 50% of the booking, two weeks). Airbnb stole over $900 from my account without any reason, warning or consent.

I can't pay my morgage because Christia Taylor was issued a refund after stealing/losing the keys three times.  When I told her she would have to pay if I had to leave work early to replace her key agian, Airbnb promised they wouldn't force a refund.

The name of the case manager who withdrew 900 from my account is Sanchari.  Neeraj is the name of the case manager who took over after Sanchari lied about calling back and stopped communication for several days.

Corena is the name of the employee who claims a moderate cancelation policy means guests can be refunded up to 75% for the days they stayed after several weeks.

Airbnb Guest Murders My Tenant with 3 gun shots from a 40 cal handgun

Grove St was considerded a safe nighborhood until an Airbnb guest used a 40 caliber handgun to shoot our long term tenant 3 times in the stomach and chest on September 1, 2019.  This caused him to painfully bleed to death as his guts spilled on the dirveway in front of his wife and nighbors.

Airbnb has forced us to refund two customers since the shooting because the "don't feel safe".  The Airbnb customers are allowed to stay for 3 weeks before each being refunded for the time they stayed.  I am filling a class action lawsuit and encourage you to join us.  My email address is [email protected] and we have a great attorney for this case.  We look forward to suing Airbnb for all the pain, suffering, loss of life and damage to property value.  We will also hold AIrbnb acountable for lying and encouraging vandals by rewarding guests who spend several weeks trashing the home in order to get refunded for the days they already stayed.

CLEARWATER, Fla. — A man was shot and killed during an argument Saturday evening, Clearwater police say.

Police say the shooting happened due to a parking dispute that happened in front of a man's home.

Deshon Powers, 26, is accused of leaving the argument at some point and getting a gun from his house. Witnesses told police that he came back to the car and the argument continued until Powers shot Derek Omasta, 31, in the upper body.

Trashing the house for two weeks

#5Author of original report

Tue, December 17, 2019

The fact that there is no time limit to the amount of time a customer can spend trashing the place or limit to the number of times they can claim to have lost the key is outrageous. If the house was already a mess when she arrived, it wouldn't have taken her two weeks to figure it out.

Airbnb is saying a customer can stay for 299 out of a 300 day booking and get rewarded for vandalism with a refund. Airbnb has also refused to pay to replace the lock.

the case manager who illegally withdrew over $900 from my account without any warning, reason or consent

- Incorrect on all 3 cases. When you signed up with them you agreed to their terms. Those terms including allowing them to withdraw funds if they decide to credit the guest. As for a reason, their reason appears to be the cleaniness issues.

I can't pay my morgage because Christia Taylor was issued a refund after stealing/losing the keys three times.

- That is not the fault of the tenant or company. What this tells us is that you needed the booking to be able to pay your mortgage. So what would have happened if you didn't get a booking to begin with?

Airbnb promised they wouldn't force a refund.

- Nothing you posted shows that they "promised" they wouldn't force a refund. Your assumption that their comment stated that is incorrect. Apparently the video they took of the house was enough for AirBnB to agree that your personal cleaning of the house was not sufficent.

Your only valid claim may be for the cost to recover the loss of the keys. But that would likely be limited to the cost to rekey/change your locks, and would be against the tenant.

As for some advice to avoid a couple of your issues in the future. You should look at getting a "Smart Lock". These are locks you can program a combination from an App in your phone negating the need for a key. You just program a new code for each tenant, and disable it once they leave. You should also look at hiring a cleaner to come in between guests you can add this fee to your reservation and it could avoid issues such as this...As you would then have recourse against the cleaner for any issues.
