Air Charter Services Shawn OBrien They attempted to charge me for a flight I never took & cancelled 30 min after I booked it. Miami Florida
Shawn OBrien claimed the jet I had booked had flown into the airport the next day to pick me up after I cancelled the flight 30 min after scheduling it the day before. I just had a major operation at Mayo Clinic & didn't realize I had booked with 2 companies as I was on narcotics recovering from a quadrupole surgery.
I asked to cancel the flight & he proceeded to charge my credit card & also wrote a letter to his superiors, thinking he would make up a story to base his false claims. He claimed that I found a better aircraft & decided to cancel with them. He also made up a story that the plane was already in Jacksonville & we had to therefore pay for it as it had flown to another location to pick me up.
My husband, who built many of the small private airports in Fl, knew who ran that airport & had the records retrieved of all landings & take offs. This aircraft never landed in Jacksonville & this Shawn O'Brien is someone you should stay away from. Air Charter Services also allowed him to fraudulently claim the plane had moved so they too, are a company to stay away from.
We were able to reverse the fraudulent claims on the credit card from scumbags like Shawn O'Brien. He is a scam artist, a liar, a scumbag....
