AIFS (Au pair) Australia the American Institute for Foreign Study (Australia) ("AIFS”) Scammer Au pair agency that claims to do police checks and they only do fraud Sydney NSW
I have been a host family of this agency for the last 2 years and every time i ask them to provide me with the police check of the au pair i engaged through them, AIFS just tells me: THis is ''confidential information''.
They have denied to show me the police check of the 2 au pairs i had through them for the last 2 years.
SO what i am paying for?
The first au pair was nice, but the second was a nightmare. She was arriving at 2 am in working days, when i called the agency, they were rude. I did not receive any support at all. They just hire backpackers to answer the phone, no customer support at all.
The au pair was tired every day and caring my toddler . My aupair crashed my car and last week i found her smocking drugs in my backyard . Called them and again, they said: we do not take responsibility of the actions of the au pairs.
I was really upset. So I asked them to show me the German police check of this girl from Germany. They denied to show me this document
I am really upset and then found out this German girl who smoked marijuana in my backyard while caring my toddler had criminal backgrounds in Germany.
I no longer want more au pairs from them. I had enough
I want to alert families from this scammer agency, they are expensive, rude and place girls with NO police checks.
