Activision Blizzard Activision is taking peoples money and after that banning their account so they can't play the game! Santa Monica California

Bought the newest Activision title "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2" on pre-launch so i could play the game earlier. They charged me 70$ for the game and i had no problems with that at all. When the beta got launched i started the game normally and played one match. After that first match things got strange. I started matching on lobbies with 200>ms and thats not normal, since the first one i got into what like 35ms-50ms. Played a few more matches and then close the game.
In the next day i was ready to play i little more, so i opened up the game and to my surprise i got a message saying that i was "Permanently Banned from Modern Warfare 2 servers, reason CASERMA-RHINO". I restarted the game, restarted my PC and tried again, just to receive the same message/error again. Went to Activision website and tried to Appeal the Ban, since they have this account recover method. Submitted the Ban Appeal and within 5 hours got a email from them. In the email they said that the decision of banning my account was final and that i was "manipulating game data".
At this point there was nothing i could do, since they don't have any live costumer report, any email we cant contact somebody to explain what is this "CASERMA-RHINO" error, nothing. I'm banned now on a brand new account, can't refund the game because since you got "banned" this option is disabled, can't talk to a real person, no phone number, no email, absolutely nothing!
Did a research on the internet and a lot of people are getting the same error as me! People with brand new computers, fresh accounts and no ban history on any other game, that are buying this game and getting insta banned for "CASERMA-RHINO"! There's no alert before buying the game, no warning message saying that "If you buy the game you will get insta banned", they let people spend their money on the game just to play a few matches and ban them after, that's ridiculous! That's scamming people! Basically stealing they're money, since we can't get a refund for this!
