This company told my dad they would help him with a modification program that would help him. They gave him the run around only contacting him a couple times. They charged 2,000 in order to start the program. After they took the money they did nothing to help Him. Everytime you contact them and try to talk to the person you were working with it goes to voicemail. We sent them emails and left messages, but nobody returns your call. They will not give back your money. We are now losing our house. I can only make sure this doesn't happen to more people. I will also go to court and tell my story. Hopefully they can get back some of the money we lost.

Sorry for your trouble. Have they given you your money back? If you haven't you can try something. You might have done this already, but in case you haven't, call a consumer affairs hotline that the FBI has set up specifically for Herrera Sindell Victims. That number is 877-786-1478. The name of the company also changed to "New Hope" and they are located at 1010 N. Central Ave, Suite 460, Glendale, CA 91202.
