Another one suckered by vcs! video computer store
I ordered a system from the vcs on sept. 10 with 3 to 5 weeks to wait for it.After calling each week I finally recieved the monitor.Week 10 the cpu arrived.The printer and scanner finally came the week after christmas.They had my 2,171.00 the week I ordered it.The system freezes alot and ie doesn't work so I finally got everex on the phone after trying them 5 times.They said it worked untill vcs put in all their software and it was their fault.The video cam is a joke and most of the software is too.I am stuck with a computer that only works at times now and still no rebates.They won't take it back because its past the 30 day money back offer.Their in home service isn't there.I don't see how they can stay in business treating people like they do.Anyone reading this please stay away from this place.
