Toshiba - COMPUSA selling junk and refusing to replace Omaha Nebraska
I bought a Toshibe DVD RW from COMPUSA in Nebraska.. My system saw it as a DVD drive.. however it could not read DVD's, CD's or anything else.. I took it back and was told to contact the manufacturer.. They never replied.. I have a useless DVDRW drive in a box in my closet that I finally replaced with a Sony that works like a champ..
Be wary of Toshiba and COMPUSA. they will sell you junk and claim the product is good, the user is bad..Calling them is a voicemail nightmare and when you do finally get to someone they will not help you, they will read their script then tell you you installed it wrong. I will never buy anything from either company again and suggest others don't either
