I bought a car when I had poor credit. Because I had nowhere else to go for financing, I "had to" accept the deal I was offered. Unfortunately for me, this included high interest rate automatic bank withdrawal each week and a very limited warantee. When I took one of my 2 possible purchases, which were selected for me by the nice salesman, for a test drive. I heard a grinding and felt vibrations when I stepped on the brakes. I asked about this and was told that iI was experiencing my first ABS experience.

One year later (conveniently just after the warantee ran out) everything started to fall apart. The ABS turned out to be shot to crap roters. My windows suddenly had no desire to go up or down without a knock down drag out fight and something called a C.V. joint (?) will be costing me about $150 within the week. I finally had enough of paying car payments as well as repair costs, so I went to the dealership to give them a piece of my mind.....but they were GONE! "Under New Management" said the salesguy, "61% customer dissatisfaction rate", he said. No kidding.

Now I'm told that I'll have to spend $2,500 just to get out of my heap(did I mention that's CASH DOWN) which I still owe $7,000 on. The car is book valued at $2,250. To bring this to a bitter end, I have no one to boycot because the original dealer is gone; however he still runs several auto businesses under his pal's names. I can't even remember his name for sure, so I don't want to slander an innocent person accidentally. The point? Find out who used to own FALL RIVER HYUNDAI between 1998 and 2000. NOTE: not the present owner (as far as I know)..PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK!
